Amazon Web Services reported DNS errors within their systems between 4:11AM and 6:45AM, EST this morning. As a result, some Kustomer services may have experienced degraded performance during these hours. These services should now be back to normal, but we will continue to monitor this incident and make sure that this issue remains resolved.
