On Friday, June 14, 2019, Kustomer is planning a scheduled maintenance of our Events Service between the hours of 5:00 and 6:00am EST. This maintenance should not result in any downtime, loss of functionality, or loss of any data.
During this time, agents using the Kustomer platform may notice that new events created might not appear within a customer's timeline. These could include events like routing, assignment, snoozing, etc., which are normally displayed within the timeline once they occur. These events will appear as normal once the migration is complete. All conversation and customer data will still be available, and agents will still receive assignments and be able to respond to messages from customers and perform all other functions as normal.
